Hyrum W Smith

Hyrum is a distinguished author, speaker, and businessman. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Franklin Covey. For three decades, he has empowered people to effectively govern their personal and professional lives. Hyrum’s books and presentations have been acclaimed by American and international audiences. He combines wit and enthusiasm with a gift for communicating compelling principles that incite lasting personal change.

Hyrum is the author of several nationally-acclaimed books, including The 10 Natural Laws of Successful Time and Life Management, What Matters Most, The Advanced Day Planner User’s Guide, and The Modern Gladiator. Richard L. Godfrey

Richard Godfrey serves as Chief Executive Officer of 3 Gaps. A founding partner of 3 Gaps, Richard is an internationally recognized author, speaker, executive coach and consultant.

Richard was a founding partner of The Galileo Initiative and the company’s lead executive consultant.  Previously, Richard worked as senior international consultant with Franklin Covey, where he was named “Consultant with the Most Value to Clients.” Richard has been helping organizations around the world for more than 25 years.

Richard has also designed and written 16 major leadership development and training programs and consulted on dozens of client interventions. He has spent the last decade focused on helping executive teams make culture a measurable, fundamental contributor to organizational productivity and success. He has worked with senior executives as a ghostwriter on topics as diverse as customer service, organizational leadership, building organizational culture and attracting, engaging and keeping top performers.

He is the author of a number of books including On The Shoulders of Giants; Confronting and Conquering Challenging Times; The Seven Laws of Learning; Why Great Leaders are Great Teachers; Custom Service DNA; Building Blocks That Drive Customer Loyalty; Beyond the Driving Catch; The Organizational Learning Handbook; Stand and Deliver; How to Speak in Ways that Change Lives; Relationships, Relationships, Relationships; The Five Keys to Success.

Richard holds degrees in general and organizational psychology. His particular interest lies in helping individuals and organizations manage the natural friction of interpersonal relationships in creative ways that drive productive outcomes.

Richard and his wife, Heather, live in Salt Lake City, Utah. They keep busy gardening, hiking, traveling and spending time in the mountains, when Richard is not occupied tending to his bees. They have two children.

 


Gary W. Richins

In his 28 years as a training consultant, Gary has delivered over 9,000 seminars. Clients describe him as motivational and thought-provoking. One of his key clients put it this way, “He has a way of making people feel comfortable and at ease in the learning environment.”

Early in Gary’s career, he was recognized for his outstanding achievement as “Rookie Consultant of the Year” at FranklinCovey. He has been invited to attend President’s Club numerous times to honor his outstanding achievements.

Gary’s clients represent a number of industries including automotive, hospitality, healthcare, banking and lending, oil and gas, retail, pharmaceutical research, as well as a number of service organizations. He has worked with military and educational organizations as well as county, city, and federal government agencies.

Gary and his wife, Jamie, live in Kamas, Utah. They have five children and three grandchildren. They enjoy all outdoor activities, snowboarding, biking and hiking. Gary is an accomplished musician and has won several awards for his singing. Gary’s real strength comes from continually striving to live the principles he teaches.


 

Greg Fullerton

For years, Greg Fullerton has trained Fortune 500 companies to become more effective and improve productivity, Greg became a sought after speaker and trainer. Greg has shared the stage with many recognized business leaders including Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, George Lucas and Lee Iacocca.

He was instrumental in helping Franklin Quest (now Franklin Covey) grow to a $500 million dollar organization, while consulting for Fortune 500 firms, including Price Waterhouse, MCI, PGA, Apple, Rubbermaid, Gulfstream, NASA, Chrysler Co. and Lucasfilms.

Following his career at Franklin, Greg co-founded Max Software, creating innovative marketing plans that included an infomercial with Chuck Norris and Patricia Heaton. Following Max Software, he co-founded Max International®, a nutritional supplement company, quickly growing revenue to $42 million in their second year. Greg co-founded iAccess Corporation and ContentWatch.

 


 

Linda Clemons

Linda Clemons, CEO of Sisterpreneur®, Inc. is a global speaker and expert in sales and nonverbal communication (a.k.a. body language). She teaches individuals and corporate clients the strategies to communicate and persuade more effectively by learning to “see the invisible and hear the inaudible.”
